| PERN Infrastructure is operated and maintained by NTC. HEC overseas the operation and acts as liaison between the universities and NTC to make sure that support requests are handled promptly.
Trouble Reporting
In order to report any NTC related problems
with PERN connectivity submit a Trouble Ticket in the Fault
Management System of NTC and note down the Trouble
Ticket Number.

Or call nearest NTC Service Support Centre.
When calling at the service centre ask for your Trouble Ticket
Number. Refer to the Trouble Ticket Number in any future correspondence
on the issue with NTC or HEC.
If your problem is not resolved within 24 hours report to
HEC at pern@hec.gov.pk
